  • 24/7 OPEN GYM

    We have all of the equipment you need, whether you're a light cardio user or a power lifter. It's open around the clock, every day, no excuses. If you're a personal training or small group training client, your membership could be free! Why pay twice?

  • PERSONAL/GROUP TRAINING

    Transform your health with an individualized fitness plan from a certified trainer who will coach you both in and out of the gym. If you need the accountability of a group, we train up to 4 people in customized small groups.

  • GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

    Join an instant community with our group fitness classes, including spin/cycling and aerobics.

Our Location & HOURS

We’re celebrating four years in our new location. Turn into Beaufort Town Center (where Outback is) and look to the left. We are between Barbers of the Lowcountry and Yes Thai Indeed. There is plenty of parking in the lot.

HOURS
We are open 24/7 for members and staffed:

Monday: 8am-2pm

Tuesday: 8am-2pm & 5pm-8pm

Wednesday: 8am-2pm

Thursday 8am-2pm & 5pm-8pm

Friday: 8am-2pm

Saturday: 8am-12pm
