  • Muscle Up

    Our Muscle Up class is a dynamic blend of low-impact interval cardio and light strength training, designed to boost endurance and tone muscles. It's the perfect way to improve fitness, build strength, and feel stronger in a supportive, manageable setting.

  • ZUMBA®

    Zumba ® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party set to Latin music. Tone involves light strength training with free weights.

  • SPIN/CYCLING

    This is classic spin. Give your heart a workout and your mental fitness as well. It's great music, a challenging ride, and motivation right up to the finish.

    Our classes are capped at 9 due to the size of our studio. Clicking sign up reserves your bike. If you need to withdraw, please remove your booking or call us immediately so we can move someone up from the waiting list.
